A Day in the Life of a Pet Sitter

!±8± A Day in the Life of a Pet Sitter

Pet sitting something I've always done ... I remember posting flyers in search of work as a dog walker already 10 years. When I remember, I have been entrusted with the care of other pets. I have not always paid, will receive but that was OK. I loved animals and wanted to take care of them. I started a pet sitting business official in 2003, after being released from my job "real". I learned a lot about pet sitting for the past seven years, and I love being a pet sitter. So, justwhat ... They want to know what I'm doing! How does a typical day in the life of a pet sitter? Here you go ... July 3, 2010.

05.30 Clock: alarm clock .... ahhh ... is already in the morning? Yes, it is. I'm really happy to get up and go. I have a great day today because of the Fourth of July holiday. My dogs and I straighten ... The breakfast, you know! I feed the dog and jump in the shower.

06.15 Clock: A quick check of my e-mail to see if one of my clients need something. It also confirmed myProgram of the day.

06.30 Clock: Diet Coke and drink in hand, the hair is still wet, and dressed in Capri pants, a T-shirt and sandals, I say goodbye to my backpack and I'm leaving.

7:00 Watch: My first step is to Bibi, Peasy, Minou and Tawny ... 4 cats to see. Bibi is insulin-dependent diabetes, require insulin for 7 clock and 07:00. Peasy is a beautiful tuxedo kitty. He and I have a lot of fun. After the shot, game-time, cleaning litter boxes and feeding the cats, I was on my way to one.

7:45 Watch: NextAttack on my pet sitting in morning rounds is to see from behind, 18 years senior cat. Rusty sleeps a lot, but he enjoys his routine to go out and smell the flowers and then drink from the fountain. He loves to be brushed and purrs very loud when I comb. I admire him and I fear the idea that he does not long for this world. Rusty after three medications, always fighting, cleaning the litter box and refill his food and water, are in my way again.

08:30: AShort stop at one of my cat sitter, Cassandra and Boo feeds. My babysitter is a night work by the end of the city, so I offered to feed them so they do not make a trip to return home today. Back in my car and on my way ....

8.45: The weather in kitten Katie ... a very sociable cat just to see the full personality. I took it and she started purring. I always look forward to sitting kitten for my girlfriend, Katie. My clients leave me a note and asked me for watersome plants out and helps me so much lettuce from the garden, as I wanted. Yay! I love the benefits of pet sitting .... what a nice surprise. I wanted to get to the next stop Fred Meyer for some lettuce for Funny Face Miss Lil ', the turtle, but now I do not know. Having a lot of TLC Katie cleaning her box, feeds and cares for the plants, I'm back on the road.

09:30: to file a brief stop at an ATM for the last week checked. And 'difficult, time does not find themThings.

9:45 Watch: fish, geckos and Lil 'Miss the turtle is close to my calendar. I prepare a bath of Miss Lil 'so to get hydrated. While they can swim, I worry about geckos, fish and plants. Then I cleaned Lil 'Miss cage and pull some of the fresh salad for them. I let them go over the apartment ... loves to stretch your legs. Then I put back in their tank ... They are immersed in the pile of fresh salad ... yummm. Back to my car and on my way.

10.30 Clock: Time to see Rustyand Sammy, two tabby cats Cutie. Routine as above. Sweet, social cats. Fun to watch.

11.15 Clock: I swing to the North End of Iggy and Hobo .... two cute kittens to see. We spend all our time on deck and enjoy the beautiful day. After taking care of them, I also water plants and turn the switch off and dripping.

12 Clock: Off to take care of Boise SW 3 Corgis and a baby. So cute! I do a lot of photos.

1:00 clock. Back to first kitten ... Bibi has a blood half-waybetween their shots.

2:00 clock. Home for a break! Then I jump on the computer to send updates to my clients.

Time 05.00: Return to the Corgis at dinner, play and out of time.

17.40 Clock: I go to Mitchell, and McMillan, Max and Abby ... Two laboratories have seen. After dinner we enjoy a nice walk. Treat when we returned.

19.00 Clock: third round with the first set of kittens ... Time to insulin.

8:00 clock. Time for a visit during his second visit to Rusty today. Not so many drugsthe evening. It was a good guy for me.

21.00 clock. Take home for my puppies, email client, throw in a load of laundry

11.15 clock. Finally, I fall into bed so that I can do it all again, see you tomorrow!

Hours crazy? Yes, but I love pet sitting!

You're done! What do you think now?
